If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date that you received your order to return it back to us.
What you should do:
Ask our Customer Service for your “return authorisation number”, using the following form or by writing directly to service@arenaonlineshop.com.
Print out and complete the returns form.
Place the completed form inside the package with the product you are returning and send it to: triboo digitale S.r.l., c/o Arcese Logistic, Via Groane 6, (20811), Cesano Maderno (MI) – ITALY.
Keep hold of your receipt as confirmation of return.
You are liable for shipping costs, except in the case of an error attributable to Arena (size, colour, quantity or incorrect/faulty model).
Upon receipt, the package will be checked over by our warehouse, and providing the following criteria is met, we will deal with your refund request or replacement within 10 working days:
the product must not have been used, washed or damaged;
all the price tags and labels must be unaltered and still attached to the product;
the product must not be in the “Powerskin” category;
the product must be in its original packaging (packet , box, etc.).
We will confirm approval of your return request via e-mail.
If your request is approved, you will receive your refund within 30 days following the date you contacted our Customer Service Department.
